Whole Class and Progression Lead

Salary: £38,850 pro-rata, £23,625 per annum

Bristol Beacon is home to the award-winning music education hub for the city of Bristol.  As part of Creative Learning and Engagement (CLE) our Music Hub ensures that all children, whether in schools or community settings, can access and take part in high-quality musical activities.

The Whole Class and Progression Lead is responsible for leading and developing progression, particularly in Whole Class (WCET) pathways to music education in and out of schools across Bristol, maintaining quality, efficiency and developing talent development opportunities.

Commercial Business Coordinator

Part time, 22.5 hours
Salary: £24,500 pro-rata, £14,898.65 per annum

The commercial Business Coordinator supports the Commercial Team by being an initial point of enquiry for commercial business hire of our spaces.  You will build strong relationships with external clients interested in hiring our spaces, be knowledgeable about our spaces and hire packages and maintain effective systems to manage enquires and client feedback.  You will also build strong relationships internally and understand the needs of the key areas of our programme.

Commercial Business Manager

Full time, 37 hours
Salary: £31,500 per annum

We are looking for a confident networker who will have the ability to sell our spaces and convert leads, build excellent client and partner relationships and who can raise the profile of Bristol Beacon, promote us as a destination venue and generate future business opportunities through your networks and appreciation of our spaces.  You will be highly organised and a creative thinker who enjoys every aspect of client relationships, with a proven track record of meeting significant sales targets.
